One of the pleasures of owning Come to the Point! is perusing all the fiber arts information that comes across my desk. Most of what I read brings me joy – and makes me wish I’d win the lottery!

Occasionally, I run across something that makes me shake my head and wonder what we’re doing to this lovely planet and to each other.

This page compiles information regarding local charities that need donations. I am pleased to offer the shop as a collection point. Items can be dropped off at any time. If we're closed, please slip them in the mail slot underneath the hours sign.

Tzdek (Social Justice or Social action) is important to the Jewish tradition. One onjoing program at the congregation is providing scarves for the homeless. All styles are welcome.

Marin Golden Treads, the local chapter of the Embroiderer’s Guild of America, needs knitted and other items for its pay-grade-based outreach program.

Blankets. hats, socks, sweaters, all are welcome.
