From HIGHWAY 101 coming North or South: Exit the Central San Rafael off ramp. Stay on the ramp until you reach Fifth Avenue. Turn WEST onto Fifth Avenue and proceed for three blocks to the large terra cotta building on your left. This is the San Rafael Town Center business and retail shopping complex. It is located on the site of the former Macy's building. Street parking and a city parking lot are available on Fifth Avenue. Keep a needle and thread in your hands, and you'll keep out of trouble!
