Presencia's cotton floss is just as fantastic. It's currently available in 252 shades. The colors are stunning. The 10% Egyptian cotton thead is so strong, that when I had to frog almost an entire section, the thread looked just as gorgeous when restitched! I would never have attempted that with the competition! Cost: 65 cents for each 8-metre skein.

Presencia also packs their cotton floss into 18-skein sets. You get three full skeins of seven different colors: six variations on the rainbow, and one neutral set (black, white, wo shades of ecru, and two grays). Each set $11.
